The amount of the costs of an eviction action are determined according to the Lawyers’ Remuneration Act (RVG) and the Court Fees Act (GKG). The decisive factor for this is the monthly net rent. Court costs are initially to be interpreted by the plaintiff. In the event of success, these costs (and your own legal fees) will be charged to the defendant.
